In Adhyay 2 of Bhagavad Gita, Deep Trivedi, a pioneer in spiritual psychodynamics and a renowned speaker and author, talks about how Bhagavad Gita is a psychological scripture which can transform the mind and how Krishna is the first psychologist. Enlightening on the second chapter, where Krishna is still trying to convince Arjun to fight the battle, Mr. Trivedi explains the concept of religious and irreligious. He says that the more we get closer to our soul and away from external influences, we are religious and if not, we are irreligious. He also talks about how we have not been able to take advantage of this wonderful scripture and that is the reason we have been sad and unsuccessful since aeons.
